Elise's 2nd Birthday Gifts

Elise had her second birthday a few weeks ago and despite celebrating with Covid restrictions, she had the best time. She received so many lovely gifts from family and friends and she really does love all of them. I thought I would share what she received as this may give you inspiration for the coming Christmas!

Olliella Mini Chari Bag

I always have a cross over bag on so she loved having a bag like mine. She takes it out with her to collect treasures and it can be used as a backpack and can also be attached to her bicycle and scooter (if she ever learns to ride either)

I set up a lot of small worlds for Elise and recently got her a Waytoplay track so these super cute food trucks were the perfect edition to our car collection.

Wooden Digger

Elise loves construction sites and is obsessed with diggers. My brother found this beautiful wooden one which she loves.

Construction Site Books

Along with the digger, my brother also got Elise these two books. Mighty Mighty Construction Site might be a little long for her right now but we read Goodnight Goodnight Construction Site every night before bed.

And lastly from my brother and his family, they got Elise this sweet name train (she also loves trains) I’m always trying to spell her name with alphabet puzzles but there are never enough E’s!

Raduga Grez Natural Forest Set

These trees will make a wonderful addition to the small worlds. They will go really well with our Grimm’s Rainbow Tunnels. Whenever I build small worlds I try to keep a balance between natural pieces and colourful ones.

Sylvanian Families Red Roof Cottage

This has got to be one of Elise’s all time favourite gifts. It’s her first dolls house and she absolutely loves it. The fact that it’s Sylvanian Family makes me feel so nostalgic too as I use to love them when I was little.

Cupcakes

I managed to get hold of the most beautiful realistic cupcakes. They are currently out of stock but I will link to the etsy shop so that when they are back you’ll know where to find them.

Artisanal Bread

I bought this bread for Elise and they are so beautiful. The pattern is sprayed on however so with rough usage I’m not sure how long it’ll stay on for. It’s also out of stock but they have lots of other goodies available. I’ll link the etsy shop below.

Birthday Cake

Elise has been singing happy birthday empty handed for months so she really needed a birthday cake! I feel like all cakes should be rainbow cakes so this one was perfect.

Kitchen Shelf

People often ask me where I got the shelf that holds all of Elise’s kitchen foods so I thought I would link it here. We have the black colour (which is sometimes out of stock) but they have a number of other colours available too.

Aquadoodle Shape & Create

We have an Aquadoodle and Elise requests to draw with it almost daily. It is low mess high entertainment so I was thrilled when she received this upgrade. It has shapes she can trace and a smaller pen to practice her grip.

Wings & Tulle Skirt

This is a beautiful addition to Elise’s dress up wardrobe. The items are made by small businesses and are all such good quality. The wings have adjustable straps so they’ll be able to grow with her.

Fairy Wings and Wand

Elise has started prancing around saying ‘I’m a butterfly’ and ‘I’m a fairy’ so obviously she loves this.

Kids Cup

Elise has always liked drinking out of open clear cups like ours so this kiddy cup with the letter E on it is really nice.

Noodoll Water Bottle

Elise doesn’t have many pink possessions but as soon as she saw this cute little face she was super excited. It’s her first bottle without a no leak valve but she seems to be fine with it.

Mini Dyson Vacuum

Every time our vacuum comes out, Elise pulls out her little Dyson and helps. It has a sound and little bits move around the cylinder. It’s super cute.

When we drove through the country Elise was really excited about the tractors around so our friend got Elise this cute tractor puzzle and book.
